"We purchased a Groupon for our carpets to be cleaned. MJ kept in touch with my husband to confirm his arrival time. When they arrived he took a look at the carpet and advised the carpet would turn out better if we purchased the power scrub. He advise if we didn’t get the power scrubs the spots would reappear. My husband agreed to the additional charge, as MJ offered us a discounted rate. The rugs were cleaned and they looked nice. A few days later we noticed the spots reappeared. We reached out to the office and explained to them the issue. MJ returned our call and advised the spots did not come up because it was pet pee stains. I explained to him that my dog does not urinate in the house so no it’s not pet stains. Then he advised me this is why they don’t like to give discounts because of issues like this. I was confused because never was it mentioned that there were stains that would not come up; only that I need to get the additional service so the stains would not return. After speaking to him for approximately 15 minutes, I simply advised him not to worry about it; but, just know the service you sold to me was not provided."

He went over everything he would do before hand, protected my floors and corners, and got to work. Excellent job!!! They also do tile and grout and outdoor and pool areas, which I have put on my TO DO List for later. Will definitely use again, and really appreciate a person who represents his company so well and does what he says he will do at a very reasonable price!"
