Alex was to arrive between 2-4. He was here at 2:05 and fixed the door in no time at all. I have never been happier with a company than this one. On time, friendly yet professional and extremely competent. I hope the door works a long time but if it doesn't, I'll call them and no one else.

I was very pleased. We went with the middle of the road bids and it couldn't have gone better. In addition to fixing the garage door he fixed a light and an entry panel as well for free. He gave us an itemized estimate so we know what to expect whatever happens in the repair. I thought the guy was very good, knowledgeable. He was done in a very short time. They were all on time when they came to do the bids. And he gave me a discount too.

They came out and gave me an option to repair my old motor or to replace it with a new one. I opted to get the new one. It’s so much quieter than my old one I can’t believe it!

I did not know that my spring was broken but my door would not go up. The techician answered all of my questions. I ended up choosing to upgrade my rollers and a few other parts. I did not know my door could be so quiet. The door was fixed in less than an hour and i paid less than i expected to. I will recommend this company, fair and reliable.
