Ray painted my mothers house on Lake Keystone and what a transformation. My husband and I hired him to paint our main house BLACK after several months of trying to come up with a color. We love it and have had many compliments on it. Sean and Andre did an excellent job! They were punctual,personable,professional and even did some little extra things we asked. They also left our property cleaned up daily. Because we were so happy with their work and working with Ray, we decided to have them paint our pool house and again, same situation! Needless to say we will highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Ray and his team did an amazing job! They use top quality paint, my house feels like it’s rubber coated! They were on time, respectful, and professional. Customer service can’t be beat either. They care and it shows. I highly recommend them for any paint project!

Wow!! Where to even start with this review! From the very first conversation with Ray, the owner, I knew this is who we would end up with!! His professionalism over the phone was amazing and once he came over to give us a quote and speaking in person , it was a clear difference between Visual Enhancements and all others we received quotes from. He was the only one who I had zero questions for afterwards, where as all other companies were asking me questions about paint and prep! Not only was he far more knowledgeable, but his quote was the best one around as well!! The prep and paint crew were absolutely phenomenal in all ways, especially with professional mannerism at my home, along with efficiency! It was amazing to see how well everyone worked together to get the job done in impeccable timing! I was blown away and left with a brand new house! Small details like how they painted the gutters, really make a difference in the overall appearance of the house! I’ve received so many compliments after day one and it’s all thanks to them! They made a huge life task be as easy as could be! Thank you Ray!! From one business owner to another, you have my respect in how you run your company and I appreciate you being a fair and honest businessman! Hard to come by these days!

We hired “Visual Enhancement Inc.” to paint the exterior of our house. The owner’s name is Ray Pardiny. The house was painted on Tuesday, November 9th. We paid Ray $4,000 for the job the very next morning (Nov. 10th) which we should not have done. Because after he left, we noticed big patches of white paint at two locations on our grass. One being on the front side of our lawn. So I sent him a text message the next day, pointing out what mistake his painters had made. I send him the photos of the affected areas as well. His reply on the same day was “This is completely normal. All it takes is one rain and a lawn being mowed once and it’ll be gone.” I wrote to him by text again on November 20th and mentioned to him that the paint had not gone from the grass, not even a little bit, in spite of mowing a couple of times and it rained 2-3 times during the last few days. The following were his two replies on that day, (1.) “Like I said it will go away not necessarily in a week or two but it will go away. Do you want me to rake up the dirt or what do you want me to do.” (2.) “We did not drop paint … that’s where we cleaned out. It’s not killing the grass. If I have to come by with a rake, I guess that’s what I will do”. After those two replies from Ray, I dropped the whole matter. Not once during those 12 days Ray offered to put new sod at the affected areas and never voluntarily came to our house to see the situation personally. Our $4,000 got the paint job done (nothing exceptional) but it did not get us any respect or consideration as a customer. It is obvious from Ray’s responses. I will not recommend Ray’s services to anyone.

He never showed up to supervised the job. He sent a sub, his being nice to me at first. He called up not to do the job. He is not a man of his word. He is don't want to answer on the email. I want to be the job to be done. They came 3 weeks ago and brought they brought a little girls with him. They broke the piece of garage door window and said that they will replace it but they did not he need to replaced everything I already paid them in full. He did not leave me alone until they paid. He never showed up when they started and never showed up before. He was never on the job and never here to see the work. He trust his people instead of her customer.

Phenomenal job done by Ray and his team. Very professional and communication was quick and clear. Ray actually caught a few things that we did not and came back to fix them. Would highly suggest using Visual Enhancements

It went GREAT.  Chris was here to estimate the job I think the same day I called him.  They did a WAY fantastic job and I couldn't be happier with the results.  The place looks even better than new (they used a much better quality of paint than the builder-grade) and it is SO nice.  They were just wonderful.  Highly recommend!!
