He then told me what the costs of the parts and labor would be. I felt his prices were fair on parts and although his labor was a little higher, I was reminded that he is a certified locksmith and is bonded and insured. After that I was so glad that I choose his company to do this job! I would highly recommend his company always better to be safe with a reputable company"

"I came home yesterday and the plug came out of the door.  I immediately searched Angies List for a provider.  I made some calls and found Big Lock & Key Locksmith Services.  I was so glad that they were open 24/7 because other companies had already closed.  Julie was really friendly, patient, and professional.  She was willing to send someone out that same night but we opted for the morning.  Julie advised that Josh will be there around 8-8:15am.  This morning, Josh was nice to call me first to let me know that he was completing a job and how far he was from me to give me a timeline.  Love that!!  Josh came over and was very knowledgeable and friendly.  He walked me and my husband through the different options and did a display and everything.  It was awesome!!  never had that from previous locksmith companies.  
I would definitely call them again and refer them to my customers in the future.  Great service, Julie & Josh!!  I would use Josh every time.
