"LG & OD CORP was very professional and accommodating. They assembled 5 pieces of furniture on short notice. (3 beds and 2 dressers) They did an excellent job w the assembly. They arrived on time and they were also efficient. Without having to be ansked, they took off their shoes when walking on the carpet. Extremely curious and mindfind. Will definitely hire again! "My ceiling had substantial water damage due to a major plumbing leak in my condo, so much so that a large portion of my ceiling had to be replaced. I called Roger and he was quick to respond, he showed up exactly when he said he would and looked the problem over. The issues this place was having with the plumbing and drywall work required a professional to fix the problem. He repaired all damages in a very short period of time to brand new condition, I was impressed by not only the turnaround time but the outstanding quality of the repairs. I rate his services excellent due to professionalism and a high degree of proficiency in home repair. I would definitely recommend his services for any of your jobs. I've included pics of the damage and work done."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Pavers are a great decking option for pools. They’re customizable, come in a variety of shapes, sizes, colors, textures, materials, and price points, and they’re slip-resistant. Concrete pool decks, on the other hand, are harder to repair and replace if damaged and aren’t as slip-resistant as most paver materials. However, not all pavers are equal in terms of durability, maintenance, and performance. Pavers also have their own cons that may encourage homeowners to opt for stamped concrete instead, such as higher upfront costs.

Factors affecting pool installation costs include pool size, construction material, special features (like lighting or waterfalls), landscaping, and prevailing site conditions, which might enhance excavation complexity.

It is generally not recommended to place a pool directly on grass. Doing so will kill the grass underneath, and the surrounding lawn may also be damaged by heavy foot traffic and splashes of chemically-treated water. For best results, create a clean, level surface by removing the grass and debris. You can then install a sturdier base using materials like sand, a concrete pad, or solid foam.

Detecting a leak in your pool costs about $300 on average. The price ranges widely from low $100 up to $1,000. Here are the costs involved in leak detection services for your pool:

  • Pool inspection: $125–$250

  • Above ground pool leak detection: $100–$700

  • Inground pool leak detection: $400–1,000

  • Vinyl liner repair: $350–$3,600

  • Fiberglass lining repair: $300–$400

  • Concrete liner repair: $75 per linear foot

  • Pressure test pool lines: $200–$500

  • Skimmer repair: $100–$250

  • Main drain repair: $400–$700

  • Pump repair: $50–$300

  • Tile repair: $20-$30 per linear foot

The lifespan of a semi-aboveground pool depends on the lining, but they last between seven and 15 years on average. This is right in line with what you can expect from a standard aboveground pool. In comparison, an in-ground pool can last up to 75 years with a well-maintained concrete liner.
