"I contacted Total Home Repair, asking for a quote to repair some wood rot on the exterior of my home. They were prompt and professional, providing me with a written estimate after we met. I accepted the estimate and the work began on the agreed upon day. When they showed up, they were ready to go! Wood had been pre-primed and they had all of the materials and equipment needed to do the job. No excuses of having to run back to the store or other unnecessary delays. Yes, you should hire a handyman who’s licensed, certified, and insured, if possible. States have different requirements for handyman licensing, registration, and certifications.
