EACH TIME RETURNED CALLS OR TEXTS PROMPTLY, CAME AND LOOKED AT WORK TO BE DONE, SENT WRITTEN DETAILED ESTIMATE OF TIME AND COSTS FOR EACH ITEM OF WORK, SCHEDULED TIME TO DO WORK, WAS ON TIME, TOOK CARE TO BE SURE WORK AREA WAS CLEAR AND CLEAN. ALWAYS ASKED FOR ME TO REVIEW WORK DONE AND BE SATISFIED BEFORE MOVING ON TO NEXT TASK.

Smith's Plumbing had the best price out of several plumbers I contacted. Their tech was on time and very courteous.Price was exactly what we discussed. Great customer service. Would definitely use again.

I offered this guy a great opportunity to remodel my whole house.  Not only did he not have helpers (come to find out nobody wants to work for him), he failed to inform me he's never done a project of this magnitude. He told me the master bathroom would be done in 2 weeks and it took him 6 weeks, at which time I released him from the rest of the project.  Had I not paid him $5,000 upfront I would have gotten rid of him by the 3rd week.  While he is always on time, he does VERY little work every day and he left earlier and earlier as he got more and more overwhelmed with the project.  He spends his days talking on the phone, so much so that a couple days he cut and placed only a handful of wall tiles and left and would come in the next day complaining he's not making any money on the project.  Driving over 60 miles in a truck with a trailer round trip every day, spending all day on the phone with his girlfriend and cuts and places 5 tiles and he's complaining to me about the money?? This guy self admittedly has a bad temper and I had to tip toe around it so I could get my $5k worth in the master bathroom and get him out of my house.  The day couldn't come soon enough.  I had 3 guys lined up and came in as soon as I released him, they painted and tiled the remainder of the house (1800 SF), remodeled the guest bath, painted the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, put in a pocket door, replaced the rear sliding glass doors and more in 3 weeks and for less money.  Call Quality Transformations, Ervin Mast or David Mast - they are all related and excellent, don't waste your time, money or energy on this guy.  Maybe he's decent on small projects like changing light bulbs or unclogging a toilet?  I don't know.....and I don't want to know.  TERRIBLE!!!!

Mike is ALWAYS prompt to call, early to his appointments, and was patient when we had trouble getting the appliances delivered to our rental. He gives you fair estimates, his work is top notch. We only use him now for our projects we can't do ourselves. I can always depend on him.

Mike was very responsive and interested in the work. He was able to quickly come out for a quote and sent me details via email a few days later. We scheduled a work day much quicker than he had originally anticipated, which was great. The day of the job, he and his colleague were on time and got straight to work.  They worked hard all day and stayed until I saw and approved each job. I'm very impressed and will definitely call Handyman Services LLC for any future jobs.

His work is excellent.  All the work is visually appealing and he provided wonderful ideas.

Handyman arrived promptly. He worked efficiently and completed the task in the exact time estimated. His solution for "fail-safe" securing of a large and heavy cabinet provided us with complete confidence that we need not worry about any future problems due to the weight of the cabinet. Mike reattached it to the wall but also built a platform that supports the cabinet from the bottom.

Everything went great.  Showed up ready to work and was done quickly.  Job very satisfactory. Will definitely call again in the future for other work.

We built our home over 27 years ago; the main bathroom was out of date and desperate for a complete remodel.  Demolition began January 9 -- ripped up flooring down to the concrete, removed old tub and ceramic tile, toilet, sink -- it all had to go.  Mike repaired water damage in the wall behind the original tile, installed new ceramic tile (floor to ceiling) around new tub, radiant heat under ceramic tile floor, hung new very large medicine cabinet, repaired drywall, installed all of the towel racks and finally painted the ceiling and walls.  It is simply beautiful now.  Thank you Mike!

He does outstanding work. The quality of the work and his prices are excellent. I highly recommend him.

Mike and Johnny arrived on time and worked from first light until sunset.  They were very efficient and professional,  nice to work with.  They didn't blink as I thought of more and more tasks. Excellent clean up.  Excellent all around handyman,  so glad to have found them on Angies List.

I was not happy with them;  it is kind of like they drove to  a store to get the screws and came back-so that is 60$ right there to get the screws. They kind of time everything so, I was charged for him to get to my house. I just felt like it was way overcharged; I complained about it and then they said they would give me money off on my next request but I didn't want to request again. The guy that came did a good job; it is just that I don't like the charging system they use.

Mike was great from the first contact.  He was professional, honest, and willing to help.  I set a an appointment weeks in advance due to my own schedule restrictions.  Yes, Mike was there bright and early as agreed. He replaced an extractor fan in one of my home bathrooms.  He had advised me to get all I will need even though he could do it as well.  He thought this was a uniquely personal choice.  He was right.   In about an hour he removed the old unit and replaced it with my new one.  I was very impressed in how careful he was.  Usually, folks come to work on homes and you hold your breath in hope that your walls, floors,and carpet don't get damaged in the process.  Mike was swift, organized, and extremely careful.  Everything about him said professionalism!!!  WOW!

Very well, actual price lower than estimate.  Charged for supplies+10%, plus hourly charge.  We had the option of purchasing parts on our own.  
Handyman was fast, thorough, knowledgable, professional and very pleasant.

When I needed help moving some heavy "garage clutter" so a new refrigerator could be put in our kitchen, I called Mike Bruno at Handyman Services to see if that (small job) was something he would do.  To my delight, it was, and he did that -- and more.
Mike came at the agreed-upon day/time and brought a helper, so the three of us got the job done in short order.
I asked Mike about his particular skills/services and found out he could, among other things, do wood-rot repairs -- a much-needed service in our damp/humid climate.  He sent another skilled helper two days later to install and paint a new wood panel cover on the exterior side of a chimney, and that job was done quite well also.  (I've waited to post this review to see how that work would hold up over time -- and it has with no problems.)
Reading the reviews of Handyman Services LLC here, it seems mostly to be a matter of "feast or famine"; customers are either quite pleased (as I was) with Mike Bruno's work or they're not satisfied at all.  I intend to call him again when I need the kind of help he can provide, whether the job is large or small, and I'd hope other A-List members will consider Handyman Services for their needs too.

He showed up on time when he said he would -- actually a few minutes early -- and he worked through until he was finished. He was careful to understand exactly what we wanted and to provide it. He was very careful and skilled, and his finished product was exactly what we asked for. He was polite and pleasant to have around. He was, in short, exactly what you want in someone who is doing work on your home. Furthermore, his estimate was significantly less than a competing estimate and much less than half of what a general contract had quoted us for the same work.

Mike did a great job.  Have used him on 3 or 4 occasions, with good results at a fair price each time.  Came on short notice to handle repairs identified in a pre-sale inspection, and did to the satisfaction of all concerned.  I've been very pleased with Mike's work and responsiveness, and will hire him again.

My mother's two cats had learned to climb the screen on the back porch and after several attempts to make repairs to the tears they had caused in the old screen, we decided to re-screen the whole thing.  Mike at Handyman Services recommended a heavy-duty screen that has, so far, been cat-proof!  We have used Mike several times for various projects and he has always been extremely courteous, professional and affordable.  So far, there hasn't been anything he wasn't able to take care of. My mother is very comfortable with him (which is important to me) and he actually calls her occasionally to make sure everything is ok.
