"I decided it was time to re-do my old, outdated, ugly master bathroom. I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead. Our first meeting was to talk about the whole process of what and how working with S&W Kitchens would entail. She was very thorough and made things very easy to understand. Once we got through that stage, meetings were set up discuss my vision of what the bathroom would look like. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. Once everything was decided, Amy did a fantastic job in every aspect of putting together the materials that were needed to begin the job and following through to completion. My next point of contact was with Adam who was the construction supervisor. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when. If I had any issues during the renovation Adam was there to answer any questions, fix any problems, and make sure I was pleased with how things were going. "I wanted to be able to gift my son a kitchen remodel (he has a limited income and disability). I contacted John at VJA and right off the bat, he went out of his way to meet my son and I at his location to pick out everything! He had so many choices! Being on a limited budget, John suggested the "lower" cost items. Well, if the choices we were given were lower in choice or quality....I'd hate to see the high end! The choices and quality were outstanding. John made a few suggestions. Within a day, he sent out Justin to measure and provide a drawing. We had a quote within a day and in our budget!! The construction crew lead by Tom was excellent!!! They were constantly working around us and even making suggestions that we never thought of (this was all during the COVID pandemic and the Christmas holiday). The whole team was respectful, patient and understanding!! I could not have done this without them and they made this dream come true for my son and my budget! I definitely and highly recommend VJA always and hope to do more projects with them in the future. You'd have to be crazy to use any other contractor!!"
