He made a video of his inspection and sat down with me to review his findings (loose AC connections, ceiling openings that needed to be sealed with foam, cam lights etc). Derek's price to do my job was less than other estimates Within couple of days, the job was done. I also had him do wall-injected insulation on the wall that is hit by the sun all day, as well as add more attic insulation for energy efficiency.
