Derek Watt of Capstone Insulation came to my home and performed an inspection of the attic space. He made a video of his inspection and sat down with me to review his findings (loose AC connections, ceiling openings that needed to be sealed with foam, cam lights etc). Derek's price to do my job was less than other estimates Within couple of days, the job was done. He came out and diagnosed the problem in an honest, professional manner: it turns out the builder of my house never did the air sealing under the attic insulation, so he took care of that. I also had him do wall-injected insulation on the wall that is hit by the sun all day, as well as add more attic insulation for energy efficiency. Dennis is responsive, knowledgeable, and won't sell you stuff you don't need.
