Travis and MainLine Remodel went above and beyond. I live out of town and rent the property. It was very reassuring to have someone there I can trust to do a quality job and to identify areas of concern. Travis identified an improperly installed window that was leaking. He and his team corrected the issue. The incorrectly installed window/leak was not identified by property managers hired to manage the property in the past. Due to the good work, I had the MainLine team do some extra handyman tasks while onsite (e.g. check on a leak spot on the bathroom ceiling). I am very happy with the work performed by Travis and MainLine Remodel. The job was not cheap, but I know I paid for quality work. Eric was fantastic from the very start. We had a long interview one afternoon and he impressed me with his enthusiasm and ideas on how to and quot;updateand quot; my old kitchen. It was built in 1975 and had two narrow passageways at each end of the boxed in kitchen.His bid was also most impressive, being about half the cost of other contractors, and this was something I could afford.
A few days after signing the contract, he came in with a crew and isolated the work area with plastic sheeting. I had a small area in the living room where we put the refrigerator and microwave. I was amazed at how fast they gutted the kitchen.
Reconstruction began immediately. The new ceiling was installed and the duct work completed in short order. Eric helped me pick out the colors and granite. I have no sense of decor so he would bring samples over for me to inspect.. His guidance and advice were invaluable. I think he could be a professional interior decorator as well. The sub-contractors he had helping him were all top quality. Eric seemed to know how to do every job as well as the electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc., and he did a great job of making sure the work was done up to his standards. It is indeed satisfying to see a man take such pride in his work. He has restored my faith in the great american work ethic. I am a happy customer, and would recommend Eric without reservations."
