Handyman that works as a full time chief engineer, works on ACs has 608 refrigerant license...repairs basically all appliances and ACs when it can be done. Other services are light electrical, plumbing, and mechanical...ive done a wide range of things in my life and can fix basically anything.

"Flooring in kitchen and dining room looks good except they cut around flooring strips on all 4 - 2 exterior & 2 interior doors. The areas around flooring strip's look unprofessional and unfinished. These areas are already coming up. I had to buy wider door strips to cover hacked up floor areas. 
My biggest complaint is my new fridge lost it's grill at the bottom and no one bothered to replace it. Not the company or the contractors. 
Yes,  the work there is sub- contracted. I do not like sub-contracted work because each party blames the other and problem is never solved.
They group that  installed flooring were loud and unprofessional. I would not recommend flooring install. I am disappointed in the lack response from American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite. We called and the company was going to have sub-contractors to contact me for repair & replacement of fridge grill.
 I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM EITHER!
