"The dispatcher told me that someone would be at my home between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM but since there were several trucks operating in my area the possibility was good that someone could be there earlier. Eventually i was notified that the time would be moved out to sometime between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. They eventually arrived at around 8:30 PM and determined that the equipment that they had could not be used in my pipes and even if it could they could not access my roof vent due to the fact it was dark. They did offer a substantial discount for the job due to the lateness of the call and set up an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 AM. The technicians arrived at around 8:45 the next morning and did a wonderful job of completely clearing the drain in around an hour. They were especially good at explaining what they were doing as well as using gloves and shoe covers to protect floors and cabinets. So despite the scheduling snafus there was a good outcome."

"The job went great! They started on time and the job was completed in 2 days. I had 3 steps going up into my shed and I wanted to replace them with a ramp so I could ride my Harley up into the shed. Joe the crew lead did an awesome job of creating that ramp so that water drains properly and its a smooth ride up into the shed. The crew worked very hard with lots of teamwork. Their clean up was outstanding, the portions of the yard that was removed for pavers was stacked in the road and there was pallets of pavers, cement and mounds of sand in the driveway and when they were done you could not even tell they had been here. We had approximately seven diseased trees needing to be removed from our property, a job we attempted to handle ourselves before becoming overwhelmed with the task at hand. We contacted Street's Tree Service, and within a couple hours of speaking with the owner, Leon Street, he was able to come out the same day and give us an estimate. He and his crew returned the following morning to begin the job and within 2.5 hours had the job complete. In addition to the tree removal, several piles of branches, limbs, tree trunks and yard waste were removed as well. Leon and his crew worked through a driving rain storm to get the job done. They were well-organized, efficient, professional, and polite. They arrived ready to work. "They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
