"Lois is a pleasant person herself. The people she works with at Pro-Source to draw up her (kitchen designs) or show sample products are wonderful. Lois initially is attentive, but then her attention tends to wain. I do not know if that depends on if she finds out what you are total budget is or not. My major complaint with Lois is the painting sub she used on my project. Our agreement was that he was to paint our entire 1300 sf condo, walls, ceilings, doors, trim and baseboards. First of of all we paid him for work he never completed. Secondly, the work that he did when we were not in town to monitor, was prepped wrong and not done as was agreed. He did not prep walls in one of the bedrooms so the paint was literally peeling off of the walls. The other walls only received one coat of paint. We were charged handsomely for a project that was substanded."
