Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. Lee checked her schedule and we worked out a time frame to come to the house the following week. Lee called ahead of time to verify the time and make sure that it was still good for me. The crew showed up promptly and they were very professional. After discussing what I wanted accomplished and the products to be used, the crew went to work and did not stop for a couple of hours. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none.
