"We are very pleased with our experience with this company. They did a wonderful job installing new floors in our home. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, always willing to guide customer towards the right direction. When we started shopping for wood floors, we did not know what we wanted. We researched online to see the difference between the type of wood floors and visited different stores. What I liked about Martinez was that the owner took the time to explain us in detail the difference between engineered and solid hardwood floors, gave us the space to deliberate which one we wanted, and didn't push for the sale. We ended up choosing a solid oak floor. Beautiful material and for a great price. It took about a week to get the wood and then acclimate it for a another week, I think. When it was ready, they began the installation, which included a staircase as well. They are very honest and respectful people. You can talk to the owner about your worries and we would answer you as soon as I can. They started installing the floor and worked fast, clean, and organized. When it comes to payment, they required a deposit to buy all the materials, (wood has to be paid in total) to order it, and when they are finished, you revise and approve the job to pay the rest. We are very meticulous when it comes to everything, I can recommend this company. The floors turned out beautiful, after the installation we decided to stain it to change the color, great decision. Oh boy our wood floors look amazing. I am rating this company 5 stars because there's no 10. Highly recommended folks"

"I called Mr. Solis to see if he would and could remove a large wall mirror. He said he could and would be by at 4:00 the next day and look at the job. He arrived on time and looked over the job, quoted me a price. I agreed to the price and he said that he would be back at the same time the next day. He arrived on time the next day and took down the mirror. He protected my tile floor,cleaned up after he was done, and spent extra time at my house waiting for the layers of patch to dry before putting on the next coat. I received far more than I expected from my request. The original installer of the mirror would not even touch the project.
I own two houses and incharge of a third. I expect to keep Mr. Solis very busy.

"I found Mr. Hershberger on angies list, after seachingh for a contractor to fix a supposed problem in my attic, according to homeowners insurance company. When I contacted him he was very helpful in answering all my questions and when he came out to my house to inspect the situation, he also called the windstorm inspection company on my behalf to get clarification . I ultimately hired him to install accordian hurricane shutters throughtout my home. His company did exellent work and I was 100% percent satisfied. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
