Justin in fact is trying to develop relationships with his customers long-term and the fact they stand behind their work after 2 months of having my unit serviced my temperature was not staying as cool as it needed to not realizing that the hotter it gets the harder it is for your AC to cool the air but what he noticed was my colis was dirty again after 2 months.. and rather than charging me for a trip charge out there he not only waived the fee for the trip charge but also cleaned my colis again at no charge..
