"Dean was very professional. He came out. He assessed the area. He gave me some ideas of what type of palm tree to replace the one I had, which was totally burnt by the frost we had here in Winter Haven. I found a palm I really liked, and Dean searched high and low to get me this specific one. He was determined to find it to satisfy his customer, which would be me. His crew was extremely clean no mess was left behind. I am very happy with my new palm. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks again Dean for all your hard work."

"Luis & team were great! My lawn needed so much care and I'm glad they could help. The 1st time Yardaid serviced my lawn, you could tell the difference immediately. It actually looked better than when we moved in. If you are tired of having the ugly yard, call Yardaid!!!!"

"Just want to say thank you to Peter for coming out and fixing our door frame. He came out when he said he would fixed it in the time frame as expected and the price came in a little less than the estimate. Very professional knowledgeable on what he was doing and fixed the door frame as nothing happened. Matched the paint perfectly. Great job. I’ll be using Peter again in the future I highly recommend him."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Professionals are trained in identifying hazardous materials and utilize industry-approved methods for safe handling and disposal. They adhere to regulatory frameworks to protect health and the environment, ensuring all materials are disposed of safely and responsibly.

You may see specialty products for sale to remove lead dust, such as D-Lead surface wipes. But you do not need to buy a special cleaner just for lead dust. A regular all-purpose cleaner, like 409 or something similar, is sufficient for cleanup. Just make sure to follow the manufacturer's directions when using it and to dilute with water.

Lead removal services typically cost between $1,000 and $5,000, depending on the extent of lead presence, the property size, and the complexity of the abatement process.

Follow recommendations for removal or remediation to ensure a safe living environment.

It is safe to remove old linoleum, but it may require the help of a specialist due to the risk of asbestos in the material. Before you cut into linoleum or try to peel it up, have it tested for asbestos. If it tests positive, professionals will need to remove it to prevent the risk of health issues from airborne toxic particles. If it’s asbestos-free, DIY removal is possible and safe.
