"Prior to hiring, I asked if they had licensed arborists on staff and they told me yes, as well as having insurance. They did not provide me a copy of their current insurance. I met them at the job site prior to the start of the job and Stan assured me that he would complete the work as I instructed; well they didn't. They did not use ladders to clean out the crossing, too close and dead branches in the bulk of the tree crown nor did they clear out the mistletoe or the excessive buildup of Spanish moss. They mainly use chainsaws to shape the trees like lollipops including cutting thick limbs in half. This is NOT the work of an arborist."

"We hired RSC in late 2024 for a full home renovation. At first, the process was reasonable but it became clear the cost + budget were overrun. When the problem was identified, Richard became defensive, combative, and unreasonable. He was verbally abusive and threatening over WhatsApp and telephone. I had to order a stop work. The new Project Manager was great. The office manager Tina was wonderful. However, they both were the 2nd individuals in those roles - way too much turnover on the team to feel confident with progress. Richard himself is a nightmare to work with - we asked for a warranty repair in October 2025 after the work was completed and ended up in an email argument with Richard where he threatened us (again) with legal action. The process of working with Richard is chaotic, stressful, and he is not trustworthy. I do not recommend. "

Brandon arrived and was on site for an estimate. He called in advance and then showed up one hour early Same routine on the actual day of work. Prompt early arrival again, reviewed the scope of work and moved forward Our job initially started as dirt spreading and leveling of fill dirt. However, also included seven or eight stubborn stump removals, neatly disposing of debris and relocating a large coquina rock of about 600 lbs into a nice yard presentation display While working Brandon repeatedly inquired if there was more we needed done progressing through his work - excellent customer engagement Absolutely an excellent contractor experience On time, job done right and routinely checking to ensure if there was anything else necessary to do Highly recommended and will work with Americas&#39; Choice Construction on another future project Competitive pricing for everything completed Thnx Greg Hamilton"
