It did not look right to me. There was very little actual grass. It just all looked very dead so I said something to him at the time and he said yeah it?s because it?s dormant. Just wait until the spring and do everything correctly and you?ll see it come to life. Well that never happened. And I tried all summer and did everything he said and it was just bad grass. Just before Thanksgiving of 2025 he agreed to give me a $400 rebate, which was a partial rebate. It?s now five weeks later and he still has not given me the money and now he?s blowing me off. I do not recommend this company at all. He is being extremely unprofessional right now. He actually sent me a text saying I will process a $400 check and mail it tomorrow and it?s five weeks later and he still hasn?t done that and now he blocked my number and he?s not taking my calls or text anymore. Absolutely terrible And very unprofessional. "
