Hi, I’m Zoe! If you have a growing to-do list around the house, a yard that needs some love, or general maintenance tasks you just haven’t found the time for, I’m here to help.\nI’ve been a "jack of all trades" since my teenage years, taking on a wide variety of odd jobs and building a robust, hands-on skill set over the years. Because I’ve spent a lifetime learning how things work—and how to fix them when they don't—I offer a level of versatility that saves you the hassle of hiring multiple different contractors.\nWhether you need routine preventative maintenance to protect your investment, a quick repair, detailed cleaning, or seasonal lawn care, I approach every project with problem-solving grit and sharp attention to detail. No job is too small, and I pride myself on being reliable, efficient, and transparent from start to finish.

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"I use Pristine Properties to clean my Airbnb in Florida since I live out of state. They manage the property very well and even document any new damage or missing items- to top it off their cleaning services are VERY good. We have never had a complaint from a new renter about our rental being dirty or unkept. Keep up the great work!"
