The tech then diagnosed a different problem. The recommend service has been done and there is no change to the status of the machine, it still doesn’t brew coffee. I contacted Miele a couple of times and finally was told they would send a tech again to review the situation, however, the day for the service call came and passed and no tech arrived and we received no communication from the company. I would rate this Clermont territory’s overall communication as poor. I’m still hoping they follow up on things and are able to help us…"
