A dirty, difficult job, which had to be done two days in a row as it required furniture moved and painters to follow. He recommended a painter for us as well, which allowed us to set the whole thing up for one week of inconvenience, but got the job done. He and his son were pleasant as well which helped through this trying experience. Since this problem is uniform through our development we had seen where ceilings had caved in on others and were caving in slowly on the rest and wanted this done before anything fell down on us and hurt us or guest.
