John was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the work I required. He was cooperative on scheduling the work and showed up promptly. His work was excellent!

The nature of his world was a great deal more than is listed as choices. He painted every room and ceiling in my 3 story condo, replaced my wood floors with either new wood flooring in both bathrooms and replaced a huge area of flooring on my 3rd floor with same matched wood color, he repaired my kitchen ceiling area due to a leak and repeated painting the same ceiling with the same color, helped hang huge large paintings on several walls, painted bathroom cabinets, checked in on my cat when I was on a 7 day vacation. Installed two carbon monoxide detectors,, hung several shelves in laundry room, and even more that I needed his help.with! He is the best handyman I have ever hired and have done so numerous times over yhe last 35 years plus! Alll of his work turns put perfect!

He was always at the house when he said he would be over. The project was completed within the time frame given prior to starting the work. He was careful of dining room furniture & floor while painting. The dining room is beautiful and looks the way I wanted it to look.
