"Impressed from beginning to end! This family owned 5star team handled a much needed repair to wooden fence and gate replacing warped boards and rusted hardware on gate, pressure washed and stained the deck and much needed repairs to rotting wood repaired and painted closed gaps in the wood at my French doors and painted like new! kudos for dealing with a difficult neighbor and did a service for free, leaving me speechless to the integrity and ethic! Over the moon with my deck and fence thanks you!"

"Dealing with Joe Graham was outstanding! He was prompt in getting back to us with any questions or requests we had. He was also extremely patient as we made changes as we went along which were not contemplated originally. We had major renovations to the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, replacement of the deck and the addition of a sunroom and painting throughout. The quality of the work was superb from painting, to tile work, to carpentry. I would recommend Coastal Home Renovations for any modifications around a house. Absolutely fantastic!! Highly recommended!!"

"They did an excellent job and exactly what I wanted and then some. I will definitely use them again."

"Ken was always prompt which was appreciated. Many contractors do not come to work when they say they will. Ken diagnosed the problem with our roof deck and then fixed the problem. Other contractors just wanted to have us pay for an entirely new deck. We will hire him again."

"Great company to deal with. Immediate response for a quote to resurface deck with Trex. Started and finished project within a few days. Beautiful results."

"Paul Davis Restoration of Delmarva built my composite deck on a challenging work site. The new deck has custom steps, ramp, and benches. The deck skirting is unique and gorgeous. We are extremely pleased with the design and workmanship and have received many compliments from friends and neighbors. I want to thank Brian Rush, Josh, Brittney, and Christina. I especially want to thank Brian Pittman and his crew, Collin and Shawn. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Paul Davis."
