"DO NOT USE ROSE’S !!! Very disturbing to say the least! The owner sent three individuals including her husband to my home and I’m here dealing with the agonizing aftermath! A broken washing machine, and a dirty stove and oven. While they were there she decided not to take our phone calls and resorted to texting claiming she wanted to save our communication but as it turned out, she sent inexperienced cleaners instead of doing the job they were hired, they have now left behind a broken washing machine , dirty towels and bed covers in addition to a dirty oven. She is justifying the damages by saying they don’t wash bedding and this isn’t their problem:"
