What irked me the most was that Ed would only make comments to me through the office staff, and when he finally deigned to get on the phone, he said that nothing they had done would have burnt my lawn. I beg to differ; I've read online that excessive lime applications done in the hot months can burn a lawn. I'm not comfortable working with a company that lies to me, so I've terminated my account. "Juan, his son and the rest of the crew did a great job in repairing and installing a16 foot second wall with column to my patio. They also had to remove half of the pavers to re-level the patio and added pavers to fill-in the 3 feet of bed between the house and the patio on the left side of the steps. They were punctual and very professional. They laid down 4x8 plywood from my front driveway around the back of my house for heavier equipment to protect my grass. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did and plan to have them back next spring to add some lights to the other wall and columns as we really like the one's that they installed on the new wall."
