3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"The project was completed seamlessly and Jim and his helpers were competent, hard-working and didn't mind explaining what was going on every step of the way! His years of experience are evident, and make him a great diagnostician and problem-solver. He even went out to buy stone to line the bottom of the trench dug outside of the house to insure that the new pipe would be stabilized underneath! There were a number of things that could have been complications (like tree roots, and breaks in the pipes going to the septic tank), but it was clear to me that Jim would be able to address them, if they did surface. "Joe was with me the entire process - insurance thru completion. Joe first went with me to meet with the insurance claims adjuster. He jumped right in with the demo crew to demo the affected areas and determine the extent of the damage. Joe re-insulated and hung new drywall, he re-did the bathroom and four other rooms. It was a huge job and things kept getting added by me - like let's repaint. the porch, the kitchen, the ceilings in the dining room...you get the idea! Each time I wanted something else, Joe's response was always the same, "No problem." The work is excellent. It has been long and full of surprises due to really old construction. But it is done and beautiful. If there is a particular aspect of the job that joe wasn't licensed in, he called in a certified contractor. For example, the plumbing was done by a plumber. "he was nice but late the job was not what I was looking for he used a kit from Lowes with spray paint cans in it instead of a glaze which is what I wanted the rust is still showing and he just painted over the chips this is not what I was expecting he left for hour an half then came back put second coat on and said he be back in 2 days I asked if that would be when he put new caulk in he said only where it needed to be well I watch the video for the kit he bought it says to take caulk out before painting cause when you recall it never goes back in the same spot and I took th tape off and old caulk was still there also there were runs in the paint I don't know what else to tell you he didn't sand anything didn't use any kind of sprayer so it was something I could have done myself I feel that I will let this statement speak for me thank you God bless"
