When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. "AirTemp Solutions called me right away on Friday after making initial request on HomeAdvisor. We made an appointment for Monday. On Monday morning I received a call confirming that technician was on the way within 20 minutes. Chris arrived on time, he evaluated the water heater that needed to be replaced, explained what needs to be done and come up with a fair quote. We scheduled installation on Wednesday at 8:00 am. "Our HVAC stopped working on a very, very hot Saturday afternoon during 4th of July weekend.  Having 3 kids under 5 who were grouchy and moody due to the heat didn't help. I waited to call till Monday morning  because we had just had some freon put into the unit about a month and half prior by a much bigger company. They advised that if it quit again, the freon may have a leak($$$$$). This company charged $200.00 for a half hour and didn't have half the class of this gentleman. So 
I waited to call for help till Monday because I figured no one would come out on a holiday weekend. Boy was I wrong!
 
When I called, they man took my address, showed up at the home within 30 minutes and did an thorough diagnostic test. He found the problem and repaired it for only $220.00. Some kind of canister near the compressor was not working,  so his many years of experience allowed him to fix the problem quickly. We tipped him $15 for coming so soon, with a GREAT attitude/demeanor and FIXED the unit quickly!

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
