LONGEST YARD INC

"This job was completed over 2 years ago, it was done in stages. the first stage was to rip out and replace several hundred square feet of pet stained areas. we did this and then sanded and refinished the floors. the customer loved them and then hired us to do the kitchen floors, they did not want to remove the existing kitchen floor because of cost. the customer chose to go over the old flooring even after we advised them that the floor would be higher then the joining rooms. they have given us several referrals to friends and family members, this is the first time that i have heard a complaint. the fact that over two years have gone by without any complaint makes me wonder if this is driven by something else. the fact that they say we removed carpet is 100 % false we never removed any carpet as the job that we did was to existing hardwood flooring, the back family room they wanted us to do was the only room that had carpet and my cost was to high for them, i believe they hired another flooring contractor recently and have us confused with them. please look into this and let us know the results. At the longest yard our goal is 100%customer satisfaction."
