"Service technicians showed up when they said they would and took 3 days for the installation. About 2 weeks prior to that Steve visited my house and went over options for installation and came up with a plan and price. The installers kept me engaged in the process and we made decisions for equipment and placement for every piece of hardware. Before they did any drilling, they had me look at the location and my approval first. The only technicians to work like that. Couldn't be happier."

"IT WENT VERY WELL. BQ SYSTEMS RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY REQUEST ( HAD A NARROW TIME FRAME: HAD TO GET IT FIXED SO I COULD SELL MY HOUSE.) AND THE FOLKS AT BQ SYS. DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO HELP ME. "Our foundation was seriously compromised due to water intrusion. Steve responded quickly and gave us an estimate at a great price. He was knowledgeable and informative. Dan and his team repaired our foundation, installed a drainage system and pump, as well as a vapor barrier. Our basement has been dry and free of mold since.
