"My only complaint is I "thought" I had a service plan but at time of service was informed my plan was not auto renewing. I understand my service plan lapse was not my technician's fault. Moving on, I thought my emergency weekend call was responsibly priced and prompt. The clog was cleared within a half hour including clean up. I was able to purchase a new service plan during this service call and will be covered moving forward.
