They did not show up as scheduled. They showed up a different day when I was not home and only did some windows. Many windows could not be done because they had screens in them. They did not contact me or wash the rest of the windows.
Global BR Cleaning ServicesBrought men over to do the work and left. Too small & Thin pieces of wood had to be put on the sides. Never came back to check the job and the windows look great but air leaks in all around the windows.

They were on time and had all the materials with them. The window is large, and there were enough people to handle its removal and replacement. It was necessary to remove trim around the window on the outside, and it was replaced with a better option. It looks great!
It was a hazard. The problem was that it was supposed to be a one-day install. There was a roll screen. They subcontracted and said that they weren't going to as they had said that they had their own installers who were factory trained which was not true. The roll screen was not installed...
