  My experience with Elite Appliance Service was great! They needed to order a part for me which was to be in in a couple of days. When they got the part in, they notified me and wanted to come out on a Friday to put it in for me however, I was unavailable. They arranged to come out the following Saturday morning at no extra charge to work better with my schedule!They were quick, courteous, clean, and honest. They told me exactly what needed to be done to solve my problems and then did exactly what they said they would do. The gentleman that installed the part also went above and beyond to help me. I casually mentioned to him that I was having an electrician out to my home to fix another problem the following week. He asked what the problem was, and when I told him, he fixed it for me at no charge. I would give Elite Appliance Service an A++ and will definitely use them again in the future

  Excellent. Mr. Samuels came just a few hours after I called. He diagnosed and repaired the refrigerator, evaluated/estimated and gave me a plan for the ancient dishwasher, and likely saved. me from fiery death from the dryer. I am not kidding. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, reasonably priced, honest and trustworthy. I'm a senior citizen and wary of repair services having lived long enough to had some bad experiences, (including two calls to a different repair service on that same dryer which did nothing much and charged me plenty) But I'm happy with this excellent service and glad he is training an assistant because this business is a treasure

  I am so pleased with the work Tim did for me. He was prompt, professional, and very fast! The price was excellent -- less than it would have been for someone else to just come out and look at it, never mind fix it. He explained what happened and showed me the part that was defective. He also gave me some suggestions of how to avert the problem in the future (basically, move the dryer and vent out another way so that the dryer doesn't need to work so hard) and recommended someone who could help with that. Although I hope the need doesn't arise, if I ever need an appliance fixed again, I will definitely call Tim

  Jimmy came by the same day I called for a refrigerator repair and diagnosed it very quickly. He had to order a part (which he had shipped overnight) and was back 24 hours later to complete the repair. He was able to provide a temporary fix to the fridge during that period so I would not lose my food to spoiling. Jimmy also follow up a few days later to make sure his repair was working properly, which it was. Cost was very reasonable and the fact that Jimmy is responsive and professional makes me absolutely recommend him

  I can't say enough good things about Brian, who took care of this work for me. He returned my call promptly, listened carefully to what I needed, and was able to go out to my house within a few days to look at the space available for the two needed light fixtures. He then gave me excellent advice on the type of fixtures that would fit, and the exact sizees I needed to order, as well as what locations would work best for connecting them to the existing wiring. Using his advice, I was able to order the fixtures, which he then came out again to install. He obviously has good skills, but he was also prompt, efficient, honest, and very professional. We set up a small window a few days later for the workers to come by and they were right on time. They fixed all my issues quickly and were extremely kind and respectful.
