Wes showed up to my house in all the mess. He was there within an hour of the issue happening. Not only did he and his company take care of the damage, they took care of everything with the insurance company. I was out of my home for over three weeks. My animals were displaced and I had to leave my kitties locked in the basement. They went so far above and beyond, they even fed and watered my cats! It was a stressful situation, but they took so much pressure off of me by handling everything! I'm the person who does all the estimates. You’re never dealing with different people. I do most of all the work myself, which I prefer. I do have sub-contractors from time to time, all with many years of experience, all insured. When a contract is signed I have three payments (State of Connecticut recommends) 1st payment when contract is signed, 2nd payment half way thru job, 3rd payment when job is completed. This gives you piece of mind. My company also offers all types of WOOD SIDING repairs and installation along with specialty services for UNIQUE COPPER GUTTER SYSTEMS.

He even helped us out afterward when we needed to get an electric vehicle charge installed quickly. It was not inexpensive by any means, but it was definitely a reasonable price given the quality of the work and materials. It took a few months beyond the six months stated in the contract, but we have come to expect this with projects such as this one, and we never pushed to have it done faster. We could not recommend Reichelt CC enough if you have a job you want done right."
