They said since its been 20yrs we would need to pay $70 for the replacement. I left a message for Bruce only to be called back by his staff to let me know $70 was more important than honoring their agreement. This is something to consider before hiring."

They did tell me setbacks in productions and things happen, but made me happy by giving me this credit. Didn't fight me on it, and didn't make me feel like I was just an insurance check on the other end. You can trust A1 home improvement with your home. I would like to thank Dale for his work & all the others that helped me throughout one of the most stressful process there can be for a house."
