"When I called Masters Carpet Care I got an appointment right away along with an explanation of what they would do. They were friendly, professional, and respectful. They cleaned my stairs and floor carpeting which was pet stained. The amount of dirt they removed was shocking. The price was absolutely reasonable and I definitely plan on using them again. "Liked everything about what was done except for the timing. Got up early on a nasty rainy morning to be ready for my 8 to 10 a.m. scheduled slot. Representative courteously called at 9:40 a.m. to say he would be there by 10:30. Not his fault, but the company could have told me by the day before that his first job was an hour away in CT. They promised to send a reminder email and to make a follow-up call after he finished the job. Neither happened. Representative did a great job with the cleaning, however, so I am a satisfied customer overall."
