"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

"Called because of issues with slow draining and gurgling toilets the came and pumped, shortly after there was water backing up into my crawl space. When I called back and asked of they had checked the lines for blockage they told me to get a plumber (they had not checked for blockage as they should have, which was confirmed by plumber). When I called back to tell them what had been said the girl got really rude and said they would have to pump again and that they would charge again. Taking no responsibility for the fact they didn't do the job properly the first time. Absolute waste of money. Don't recommend they'll mess your stuff up so you have to pay them to fix it."
