While doing so I learned of a number of other cleaning services that he was able to perform and was delighted as I have had a lot of difficulty finding a business to do these deep cleaning jobs. Gordon Carpet Cleaning was able to schedule me in right away since I needed some work done last minute due to an open house. Pat promptly responded to my inquiry for carpet cleaning.  The estimate for cleaning the carpet was very reasonable and Pat was able to schedule a date for services which worked for both of us. Received a reminder phone call from Pat the night before which I appreciated.  The next morning Jay gave me a 15 minute heads up phone call and was prompt in getting to my home. When he arrived, Jay explained the cleaning process and examined the carpet for any special cleaning needs. He then got to work.  Was very pleased that I had no soggy carpets when the work was done (as had occurred with prior cleaners) and was able to get everything back into place the next day.  The carpet looks great.
