"In painting the condo all areas were completed to my satisfaction, however there were gaps in communication between Robert and myself. The paint crew seemed rushed which resulted in some areas not being properly masked off and paint spray remained. I found after their cleanup, plastic and tape remained on some surfaces and fixtures. In dealing with this contractor I would suggest getting each room documented regarding the type of work, type of paint, and cleanup. I received the level of service I paid for."

"We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the job. From the first day, when Mark came to look at the job, I was impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. Our project manager, Kathy, checked in with us daily, and she made sure that she had a back up plan when there was an issue with a piece of equipment. Romulo and Luis did excellent work prepping and painting, they were quick yet thorough, and they made sure we were happy with every step. Communication on all fronts - from the front office to the job site - was timely and detailed, and I really appreciated that they were able to finish our job in time for a special family celebration. I would definitely use MDF Painting for our next job."
