"This was preparation of an estate house. There were lots of different colors, dark wood, and paneling that needed to be painted. After putting in the request for a painter Dale Harrington owner of Painter's Plus responded within half an hour (on a Sunday). By Tuesday his crew of 5 was on the job and 6 days later (including Saturday and a Sunday work) the entire house was completed exactly to the realtors specifications. The work ethic, work quality, and attention to detail was fantastic. Also Dale has years of experience in the business and his suggestions and explanations were extremely helpful. "In painting the condo all areas were completed to my satisfaction, however there were gaps in communication between Robert and myself. The paint crew seemed rushed which resulted in some areas not being properly masked off and paint spray remained. I found after their cleanup, plastic and tape remained on some surfaces and fixtures. In dealing with this contractor I would suggest getting each room documented regarding the type of work, type of paint, and cleanup. I received the level of service I paid for."

"I always do my own painting, I've never hired a painter before. But I was putting off doing our master bedroom because it has huge cathedral ceilings and I didn't have the equipment to do those. Used Angie's List and got the name of Franklin Painting and called him for an estimate. Our bedroom is 16 ft x 21 ft - quite large. He gave me an estimate of $200 for the ceiling which I accepted, it came out great! So I got an estimate for the walls ($250) and trim (4 windows, a door, baseboard). He and his wife (a lovely woman, I liked her) came yesterday and did the painting. Again, a fabulous job. Quite impressed! Couldn't beat the price either. Hard-working, neat, arrived on time, did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
