He is upfront about what materials he supplies vs. any personalized materials you should select and when he will need them by. Joe has great wholesale sources for cabinets, countertops etc. at fair prices. For the record, OTHER "contractors" I've worked have been cash-up-front, no-shows, with hidden "plumbing fees" (that I had to outsource for myself!), left materials for me to dispose of, and I was very unhappy w the craftsmanship- no thanks! I will only use JM construction... Joe is straight forward, fair prices, and always gets the job done until it's complete."
