About us

Handyman Services. 40 yrs experience in the electrical, carpentry, remodeling, roofing, drywall & taping, and painting trades doing large jobs has given me the skills & knowledge to tackle nearly any home improvement & repair job. Looking for smaller projects and repair work. I work alone so the job will be done by me alone. I have many references and I'm very proud of the A grade work I do. Doug is an incredible finish carpenter and knowledgeable in every stage of construction. He doesn’t rush to completion but the work is done with great care in a timely manner. Regardless of the task at hand, I had complete confidence in the end result and I was never disappointed. The work areas were always cleaned up after a day’s work and everything placed safely out of the way. When we moved out of NH we purchased a townhouse that needed a total rehab. We actually considered paying for Doug’s airfare and have him complete the flooring, cabinets, door and window installation and a lot of projects. However, it was impractical to expect he would drop everything and come to our rescue and ignore his many repeat customers in New England. I wish him well and his new customers in Connecticut will be totally happy with his work and, in my case, his friendship.

Doug is amazing! Probably the best handyman you will ever find. Reliable, honest, reasonably priced. Always top quality workmanship. He cares about his work and the people he works with. If you have a chance to hire him, consider yourself very lucky!
