"Matt is a true professional that does quality work. We had carpeting that hadn't been cleaned for 15+years. We doubted that it would ever come clean but we called Matt to look at the job. Matt was very easy to work with and did a great job cleaning the carpets. It looks almost brand new and we are very happy with the results. Pat promptly responded to my inquiry for carpet cleaning.  The estimate for cleaning the carpet was very reasonable and Pat was able to schedule a date for services which worked for both of us. Received a reminder phone call from Pat the night before which I appreciated.  The next morning Jay gave me a 15 minute heads up phone call and was prompt in getting to my home. When he arrived, Jay explained the cleaning process and examined the carpet for any special cleaning needs. He then got to work.  Was very pleased that I had no soggy carpets when the work was done (as had occurred with prior cleaners) and was able to get everything back into place the next day.  The carpet looks great.
