"After first having to re-schedule, two women showed up; one was obviously a trainee, the other in charge. During their time in the house, the "in charge" woman had to keep checking on the work of the trainee and, more than once, correct a chore. In the end, the work performed was spotty. For example, large bits of our Christmas tree pine needles still resided in corners of the living room. The area rug in the kitchen was not cleaned despite it being on the list of items to be vacuumed. Mind you, what was cleaned was done well enough, just not as thorough as we would have liked or how things had been done in the past with another service. So, because this was not a satisfactory experience, we have chosen & are using another housecleaning service."
