Jim, the sales rep, returned my call immediately, came out and measured, and gave me a very reasonable quote. They replaced the windows last week and it was effortless! They were unable to schedule for at least a couple of months, however Mike gave me some very helpful tips on how to minimize the risk of water damage prior to the repair.
