"the company installed two gates on driveway and one fence.  The workers were terrific  and added extra fencing so that the dog wouldn't go out.  I wish they had thought through the fence gate a lithe bit better.  The workers had to add an extra piece to the bottom so the dog couldn't get out.

"The work was completed within 5 days as they stated; it was completed to my satisfaction.
However, after a rainstorm 2 months later, there was water leaking through my window. I checked all the apartments and confirmed this was the only issue that needed to be rectified. So I contacted the vendor and the owner responded quickly to my issue. The owner himself came with a worker and fixed the problem. There has been no more leaks in the months since then, and we have been through a few rainstorms.
I would highly recommend this vendor for their service and quick turnaround to a lingering issue.

Did the inspection and minor fixes quickly. and gave an honest appaisal of the state of my roof (it's in much better shape than I thought - was just being cautious, having bought the house 3 years ago, and never done a close-up evaluation)
