Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). The commercial guys wouldn't do it because it is a white glove situation and the residential cleaners wouldn't do it due to the size/complexity of the commercial fan motor. Tafari did an excellent job of protecting the space all around the grill and hood. One slip & there would have been grease splattered all over the extremely expensive stonework. Tafari cleaned the grill, hood and the vent pipe. He climbed the roof and disassembled the giant fan housing with grease trap, cleaned it all and reassembled it. Everything was perfect! Tafari is an incredible interesting man to speak with, and we had a great conversation about business, families and current world events.
