I did need a new chimney crown so i asked if he could take a look at that also. He quickly got out his little drone, got some pictures and showed me the work needed. With a good quote on that, I hired him for that work as well. The day of the job, the Concrete contractor delivered the minimum of 5 yards of concrete, but I only needed 3 for the patio. Derek and his crew looked at my shabby front walkway and offered to do that with the extra concrete for a fair price. So Derek and his crew worked hard to do chimney repair, patio installation, walkway installation all in one day. They worked hard and did excellent work on everything.
