"Roger and his partner John are a tremendous team! Roger is the painting expert, while John is the carpenter, though they each have varied skills to assist each other. Their skill level was impressive, and Roger's pricing was very fair and affordable. They were on-time every day, and were friendly and courteous._____ I purchased an 8 ft. Harvey vinyl patio door years ago, but it sat in the garage for years. Sight unseen, they unpackaged the door pieces and installed the patio door as if it were second nature to them. The door was shorter and narrower than the old one they removed, but John filled the gaps and finished the trim to make it look like it was a perfect fit!_____ Roger's skill at fixing many seam cracks in the walls & ceiling of our family room was amazing. John was also tasked with installing sills and molding for two windows, which looked perfect after he was finished! Then Roger went to work painting all the trim, some previously stained, and the walls. He primed all the trim before painting them with two coats. He also applied two coats to the walls, blending all rolled sections so no lines were visible. From all angles the walls look excellent!_____ When the work was done they cleaned up after themselves, removed all waste and brought it to the curb for a trash pick-up. Later, a dear friend of ours came over to see the renovated room and was very impressed, saying that she might be calling Roger for some work at her own house. That's saying a lot because she's a stickler for details._____ I can honestly recommend Rogers Top Notch Painting very highly for friendliness, punctuality, quality, affordability and attention to detail. They will definitely be hired to do more work for us in the future!"

"Julio and his coworker spent 7 hours stripping, caulking, sanding, cleaning and priming all the trim before applying 2 coats of paint, and then filled in areas where putty was needed and repainted those areas as well. They are hard workers, know what they are doing, and very professional."

"I always do my own painting, I've never hired a painter before. But I was putting off doing our master bedroom because it has huge cathedral ceilings and I didn't have the equipment to do those. Used Angie's List and got the name of Franklin Painting and called him for an estimate. Our bedroom is 16 ft x 21 ft - quite large. He gave me an estimate of $200 for the ceiling which I accepted, it came out great! So I got an estimate for the walls ($250) and trim (4 windows, a door, baseboard). He and his wife (a lovely woman, I liked her) came yesterday and did the painting. Again, a fabulous job. Quite impressed! Couldn't beat the price either. Hard-working, neat, arrived on time, did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
